Opsani Corner: Introducing Chad Boden, Our Manager of Customer Success

Welcome to the Opsani team, Chad! What background and experience do you bring to your new role at Opsani?

I’ve had a blend of customer-facing ventures. Be it in tech, sales, entertainment… With that, I’ve developed a strong desire to deliver the absolute best experience. Opsani has a clear vision and an extremely talented team. Together we’ll build a next-gen customer journey.

What do you hear from current customers about what they love about Opsani?

There are two simple answers for that. They really love working with the team. And our product provides significant results. We’re in a position to help solve what is a growing pain point as industries move their workloads to the cloud.

What do you think is the best way for Opsani to go on satisfying its customers?

Grow and scale! Maintain the company’s ethics and aggressively strive for doing better. If we can do those things, everything else will come together.

What do you see as your key goals at Opsani over the next three quarters or so?

In a year we’re going for 10x. 10x bigger, 10x better, 10x faster. Customer Success will need the systems, process, and procedures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and strong feedback loops to ensure we keep our customers excited as we grow.

Why did you join Opsani?

I was working for a much larger enterprise. I loved the people I worked with, and the job that I was doing. But sometimes it felt next to impossible to create wide-scale change. I’m sure we can all relate to that to some extent. Opsani provided me the opportunity to have a meaningful, everyday impact. To be apart of a growing organization that can provide an opportunity to other amazing people we meet along the way. That’s just what I was looking for.

What is your motivation?

Friends, family, and the pursuit of excellence. I like to think from the perspective that when I walk out my front door in the morning… My last name, “Boden” is on the back of my jersey, for everybody I meet, to see. And everything I do (or should do) is a visible reflection of what that jersey stands for.
